From the Book: Take Two and Add a Few by Atkinson Designs, you’ll love exploring all the color combinations (which are endless!)  See the example at the shop or see the book (on the cover or page 9) to get your color combinations going in your mind. Each block has a main color (around edges) and a contrast (inner squares).  Each print will be used in both positions.  Use a variety of light, medium, and dark prints.  Avoid large or busy prints.  This quilt is made up of fat quarters or yardage.  It can be scrappy too.   Batiks, flannel, or cotton material would work.    Fee: $28.50  Date:  Aug. 30, Sat., 10:00-4:00

For the graduates of Dee's One Block Wonder Class last month, we are gathering to show and tell our finished (hopefully!) tops !!! All are Welcome! No Fee  Date: Sept. 20, Sat., 10:00-12:00

This is my Therapy – I LOVE it! In the first session of this class, we’ll be preparing the fabrics, marking and basting the appliqué fabric.  Learning to do needle turn appliqué has been so rewarding for me; during our second time together, we’ll be sewing our project. These wall hangings make great gifts or you may incorporate it into a larger quilt!  Pacific Rim Pattern Required (Come check out my patterns at the Shop)   Fee: $28.50  Dates Sept. 21 & 27, Sun. & Sat, 12:00-3:00

SLIPPAHS Instructor: CAROLE FRYE
(see Photo above) Bring your fun, Hawaiian/Tropical/Surf/Beach Fabrics to class to make this charming quilt.  Carole will teach you how to make the straps (tubing) and attach them. Embellishing them is even more fun!   Fee: $28.50  Date: Sept. 28, Sun., 10:00-4:00

Fee: $54.00  Dates: Oct. 5, 26 & Nov. 23, Sun., 1:00-4:00	Learn how to quilt and make a beautiful heirloom. You will learn all the basics – how to: Measure and Rotary cut, Piece, sash your blocks, attach borders and binding, and tie the quilt! This is a beginner class, but all are welcome to attend.  This class is four evening sessions and designjed for Confident Beginners.   Fee: $50.00  Dates: Oct. 15, 22, 29 & Nov. 5, Wed., 6:00-9:00

 

Class Registration & New Cancellation Policy

Please pay for your class when you sign-up to ensure your seat. Supply Lists will be given when you pay for class. To cancel a class, we must be given a minimum of two weeks notice before the date of class in order to refund your money; otherwise, you forfeit your registration fee.
